On the 24th February 2020 a once in a lifetime experience took place...
7 Michelin starred chefs came together for the first and only time, to create an incredible 7 course lunch in the exquisite surroundings of Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir. The lunch was held in honour of Oliver ‘Felix’ Wissenbach and aimed to raise funds to build 7 schools for the 100 Schools Project.
Never before had these 7 Michelin starred chefs come together in this way, and they will probably never do so again. Each one bought their unique style and influence to this exclusive menu.
